Insurance & Payment
My approach to working with children and families is rooted in providing thoughtful, individualized care that prioritizes connection, flexibility, and quality. For this reason, my practice operates on a private-pay basis, allowing care to be guided by a child’s needs rather than external requirements.
A Thoughtful Approach to Care

Every child is different, and support should reflect that. Not all children need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy, and keeping care flexible allows us to focus on emotional growth, relationship-building, and family goals. I also keep a limited number of open spots so I can be fully present and responsive with the families I serve.
When a diagnosis feels helpful or appropriate, this is always something we can discuss together in a collaborative and thoughtful way.
Superbills
If you would like to explore out-of-network reimbursement, I’m happy to provide a superbill. This is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include:
-
Cash

fees

After initial paperwork is completed, we schedule a parent meeting prior to a child’s first session. This meeting provides space to review background information, discuss concerns, and answer questions, helping ensure a clear and collaborative plan for moving forward.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To honor both your time and the time reserved for each family, I maintain a limited schedule. For this reason, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. After two no-shows, future appointments will be canceled until communication is re-established.
